Hello and welcome back to my blog which will detail my journey into internet marketing. I am currently following the mentorship programme ‘Partnership to Success.’ This training course was recommended to me and I am really enjoying it so far, however, I am realising that this process isn’t going to be easy – there is a lot to learn! I am, however, determined to give this my all as I truly believe that this is the way forward for me. I have always done what society expected and had a full time 9-5 job, but have really realised that this way of life does not fulfil me and I am going to create a better lifestyle for myself and my family.
I also have a strong desire to improve the lives of others. Multitudes of people are currently stuck in a 9-5 rat race, especially with the recent cost of living crisis that we are experiencing in the UK. If I could not only improve the quality of life for my family and I, but also begin to help others do the same, I would truly have achieved my dream.
I was discussing with my nephew the other day what life was like before he was born (he has just turned 18). My nephew found it impossible to comprehend that when I was at school, I had to do my research for homework from text books and huge encyclopaedia’s that my parents used to have on their bookshelf. The fact that The World Wide Web wasn’t an easily accessible resource actually blew his mind, he just couldn’t fathom it.
The fact that the Internet is such a huge part of everyone’s life now and an essential part of living in modern society, it only seems right to utilise it to create a better future for our family and ourselves.
The reason that I personally chose the ‘Partnership to Success’ programme is because I have followed it’s creator John Thornhill, for a long time and love his tag line ‘simple, honest, ethical’. This, aligned with the fact that John himself is a successful internet marketer, who has been making money online for 20 years, speaks for itself.
I am currently on day 4 of the 60 day training schedule. I have already learnt so much and am really enjoying following the simple and easy to follow step by step guide. The first 4 days of training have focussed on buying a domain, hosting and setting up this blog.
